President-elect Barack Obama On Capital Hill
This year mark the year of incredible events; we lost several celebrities that we all love, the housing market lost its grip, Wall Street lost its luster, and Main Street is losing everything else, it’s a harsh spiraling reality of the State of the International Economy, and how our lives have been impacted.
It is also a year of long hard press campaigning with several firsts from gender, age, religion, education, ethnicity, and America electing the first African-American to the highest office of our Country as President of the United States.
I want to thank President George W. Bush and First Lady Laura Bush for their hard work and dedication over the past 8 years. President Bush has been one of the most entertaining Presidents of my time and Mrs. Bush is laced with elegance and grace and advocates on issues that are close to my heart as it relates to children, global diplomacy, women, and their health.
I want to give President Bush credit for having a roundtable with representatives of American businesses on the Economic Rescue Package and for inviting legislative leaders from the House and Senate, including both Presidential candidates, to discuss the nation’s financial crisis and a bipartisan plan to rescue the economy.
As we transition to a new Administration beginning Tuesday, January 21, 2009 it is the hope of America that the conversation continue until we find a resolve and save what’s left of America The Beautiful.
The incoming Presidential team led by Barack Obama and Joe Biden faces several challenges, in addition to the economy, we have education, health care, global diplomacy, and international trade. In spite of the current conditions International Trade is essential for creating new opportunities for consumers and businesses around the world.
President-elect Barack Obama have developed a plan of restoration for our Nation, he has hand picked some of the best talent in the Country to restructure a fragile and broken America. I hope that as Americans we can began the healing process as I have seen so many of my friends, associates, clients, and businesses really hurt by the overall economic down turn
I embrace Barack Obama and his family after all he is the next President of this Country. I want to express how proud I am of Michelle Obama she has the type of calm demeanor, class, style, and eloquence that I admire in professional women, all the qualities of a First Lady.
Inside you will get to take a closer look at Mrs. Laura Bush whom I absolutely adore and have tremendous respect Thank you for your continued support of Silke Endress, Lifestyle of the Lady CEO, we are now in several countries with women and men from around the globe reading our magazine. Beginning in 2009 we will began incorporating all of your suggestions and ideas, thank you again.

First Ladies Laura and Michelle
for, she was such a champion for women and children and has been an example for me for living a life full of purpose; Barack Obama who is a very interesting topic to study, he has proven himself to be acutely abreast of the elements necessary to be President of the most prestigious Country in the world; and Michelle Obama the sharp witted Ivy League attorney who has demonstrated the act of balance with work, motherhood, wife, and organizer. Now let’s all get ready for the 56th Inauguration of the 44th President of The United States of America.
